221. Make your hands into ftsts and place them on your shoulders close to your neck. Raise your elbows as high as you can. Focus at the tip of your nose. Breathe deeply and powerfully through your nose, making sure to expand your upper lungs. Fill your lungs to their capacity. 5 Minutes.

If the lungs are not ftlled with oxygen, then the oxygen supply in the blood is minimal and natural depression becomes pan ofyou.

2. Lie down flat on your back. Put your heels together and stretch your toes forward. Make a “V” ofyour body by raising both your legs and torso up to approximately sixty degrees. Your arms are stretched out in front of you at whatever angle allows you to stay balanced. The palms are down and the elbows are straight. The exact position will vary from person to person. Breathe strongly and deeply. Hold this position for 8 Minutes.

The navel point will vibrate heavily and adjust the energy throughout the glandular system.

3. Stretch your legs out in front ofyou, grab your toes, bend your torso forward, bringing your head down to your knees and rise back up. Chant “Har, Har, Har, Har, Har, Har, Haree” in coordination with this up and down movement. 2 1/2 Minutes.

4. Lie down on your back and relax. Let your life concentrate at your navel point. 10 Minutes.

S. Still lying down, chant “Har, Har, Har, Har, Har, Har, Har, Har, Har, Har, Har, Har, Wahe Guru”. 1 Minute.

6. Cat Stretch left and right. Stretch every part ofyour body.
