क्यों मनाई जाती है ईद, कैसे हुई थी इसकी शुरुआत?

624 ईस्वी में पहला ईद-उल-फ़ित्र  मनाया गया था। पैगम्बर हजरत मुहम्मद ने बद्र के युद्ध में विजय प्राप्त की थी। यह त्योहर उसी खुशी में मनाया गया था। इस्लामिक कैलेंडर में दो ईद मनाई जाती हैं। दूसरी ईद जो ईद-उल-जुहा या बकरीद के नाम से भी जानी जाती है। ईद-उल-फ़ित्र  का यह त्योहार रमजान का चांद डूबने और ईद का चांद नज़र आने पर नए महीने की पहली तारीख को मनाया जाता है।  रमज़ान के पूरे महीने रोजे रखने के बाद इसके खत्म होने की खुशी में ईद के दिन कई तरह के पकवान बनाए जाते हैं। सुबह उठकर ईदगाह और मस्जिदों में नमाज अदा की जाती है और ख़ुदा का शुक्र अदा किया जाता है कि उसने पूरे महीने हमें रोजे रखने की शक्ति दी।  इस दिन इस्लाम को मानने वाले का फर्ज होता है कि अपनी हैसियत के हिसाब से जरूरतमंदों को दान दें। इस दान को इस्लाम में जकात और फितरा भी कहा जाता है। 

अल्‍लाह की रहमत

ईद के त्‍योहार पर लोग ईदगाह में नमाज पढ़ने जाते हैं। इसके बाद एक दूसरे के गले मिलते हैं और ईद मुबारक बोलते हैं। इतना ही नहीं सब लोग साथ में मिलकर खाना भी खाते हैं। कहा जाता है कि आपसी प्रेम व भाईचारे को अपनाने वालों पर अल्‍लाह की रहमत बरसती है

Why is Eid celebrated, how was it started?

The first Eid-ul-Fitr was celebrated in 624 AD. Prophet Hazrat Muhammad had conquered the battle of Badra. This festival was celebrated in the same joy. Two Eids are celebrated in the Islamic calendar. The second Eid, also known as Id-ul-Zuha or Bakrid. This festival of Eid-ul-Fitr is celebrated on the first date of the new month after the moon sunk of Ramzan and the eid moon sight. After keeping the whole month of Ramadan, many types of dishes are made on Eid, in the joy of its end. In the morning, prayers are offered in Idgah and mosques, and God is thanked that he gave the power to keep us busy for the whole month. On this day Islam has a duty to obey, according to its status, donate to the needy. This donation is also called zakat and fitra in Islam.

The revelation of Allah

People celebrate prayers at Idgah on Eid festival. After this one meets each other’s neck and speaks Eid Mubarak. Not only that, everyone also eats food together. It is said that the mercy of Allah will be shown to those who adopt love and brotherhood.
