महात्मा गांधी जब साइकिल से पहुंचे सभास्थल

महात्मा गांधी समय के बड़े पाबंद थे। एक बार उन्हें एक सभा में भाषण देने का निमंत्रण मिला। निमंत्रण देने वाले सज्जन ने ठीक साढ़े तीन बजे गांधी जी को लेने के लिए आने का वादा किया।

अगले दिन अपनी आदत के अनुसार गांधी जी ठीक साढ़े तीन बजे तैयार हो गए, पर कोई उन्हें लेने के लिए नहीं आया। वे आश्रम से बाहर आए और आश्रम की साइकिल उठाकर तेजी से सभास्थल की ओर बढ़ चले और वहां पहुंचकर तय समय के अनुसार चार बजे भाषण देना शुरू कर दिया।

इधर, निमंत्रण देने वाले महाशय कार लेकर गांधीजी के आश्रम पहुंचे। उन्होंने गांधीजी को इधर-उधर देखा, परंतु उनका कोई पता नहीं चला। आखिर वे कार से ही सभा स्थल पहुंचे।

वहां जाकर देखते हैं कि गांधी जी भाषण दे रहे हैं। निमंत्रण देने वाले सज्जन ने भाषण समाप्त होने पर बड़ी शर्मिंदगी से मांफी मांगी तो गांधीजी बोले- अरे भाई, आपको वक्त की पाबन्दी का ध्यान नहीं रहा, पर मुझे था। सुनकर सज्जन गांधीजी की वक्ति की पाबंदी के कायल हो गए।

Mahatma Gandhi was a major force in time. Once he got an invitation to give a speech at a gathering. The gentleman who gave the invitation promised to come to take Gandhi at just three and a half o’clock.

The next day, according to his habit, Gandhiji got ready at just three and a half o’clock, but no one came to take him. They came out of the ashram and raised the bicycle of the Ashram and proceeded towards the meeting quickly and reached there and started giving speech at four o’clock in due time.

Here, Gandhiji’s ashram reached the museum carrying an invitation car. They looked around Gandhiji, but they did not know anything. After all, he reached the meeting place by car.

Go there and see that Gandhiji is giving speeches. If the gentleman who invited the invitation apologized to the embarrassment of the speech, Gandhiji said, “Hey brother, you have not taken meditation of time, but I was.” Listening to the sentence of the gentleman Gandhiji’s conviction was confirmed.
