आ नहीं पाते दर पे तेरे,
कोई तो मज़बूरी है,
क्या कारण है मुझको बताओ,
उनसे क्यों ये दुरी है,
क्षमा करो उनकी गलती को,
और ना उनको सजा देना,

पर कोने में वो रोते है,
घायल पक्षी के जैसे वो,
जागते है ना सोते है,
उनके विरह की पीड़ा में बाबा,
मरहम आके लगा देना,

सुनते हो बाबा सबकी,
छोटी सी है अर्जी ‘श्याम’ की,
मान लो बाबा अब की,
हो सके तो जाकर उनको,
