इंसानियत की मशाल

इस दीवाली के पावन दिन पर, आओ कसम ये खाएं हम|

निर्धन के घर भी खुशियों के दीपक, आओ मिलकर जलाएं हम||

दीवाली है पर्व सभी का, इसे किसी धर्म से ना जोड़ा जाए|

गलतफहमी की इस दीवार को अब, आओ मिलकर तोड़ा जाए||

वो दिन दूर नहीं, जब भारत फिर से, सोने की चिड़िया कहलाएगा|

पर तभी संभव होगा ये सपना, जब हर कोई, स्वदेशी अपनाएगा||

इस दिवाली ठान लो सब, तो भारत का दुश्मन मुंह की खाएगा|

जब घर घर में विदेशी लड़िया नहीं, स्वदेशी दीपक जलता पाएगा||

धरती मां ने दिया है सब कुछ, अब क़र्ज़ चुकाने की, हमारी बारी|

इस दिवाली, पटाखों का बहिष्कार करने की, चलो सब करें तैयारी||

जब जब दिवाली आती है, अमीरों से, निर्धनों की उम्मीदें बंध जाती है|

जब खरीदते हैं हम मिट्टी के दिए, तब उनके घर रोटी बन पाती है||

भ्रष्टाचार, दुर व्यवहार और अत्याचार का, अन्धकार आओ मिटाएं हम|

इस दीवाली इंसानियत और परोपकार की, आओ मशाल जलाएं हम||

Torch of humanity

On this auspicious day of Diwali, let’s take an oath.

Lamps of happiness even in the homes of the poor, let us light it together.

Diwali is the festival of all, it should not be associated with any religion.

Now let’s break this wall of misunderstanding together.

The day is not far when India will again be called the golden bird.

But this dream will be possible only when everyone adopts Swadeshi.

Decide this Diwali everyone, then the enemy of India will eat your face.

When there are no foreign girls in the house, the indigenous lamp will be able to burn.

Mother Earth has given everything, now it’s our turn to repay the debt.

This Diwali, let’s all prepare to boycott firecrackers.

When Diwali comes, the hopes of the poor are tied to the rich.

When we buy earthen lamps, then roti can be made in their house.

Let us eradicate the darkness of corruption, mistreatment and tyranny.

This Diwali of humanity and charity, let us light the torch.
