बहाने नहीं, अवसर खोजिए

एक गांव था। उस गांव में लोग श्रमदान से चौपाल बना रहे थे। गांव के सभी लोग काम में लगे हुए थे। लेकिन वहां एक व्यक्ति उदास खड़ा हुआ था। गांव के सरपंच ने जब यह देखा तो वो उस व्यक्ति के पास गए।

सरपंच ने उस व्यक्ति से कहा, ‘आपको काम में हाथ बंटाना चाहिए।’ उस व्यक्ति ने कहा,’सरपंच जी मैं तीन दिन से भूखा हूं।’ तब सरपंच ने कहा, ‘ठीक है भाई तुम मेरे घर जाकर भोजन कर लो।’ वह व्यक्ति सरपंच के घर गया और उसने पेट भर के भोजन किया।

अब सरपंच ने कहा, ‘तुमने भोजन तो कर लिया अब काम में हाथ बंटाओ।’ वह व्यक्ति बोला, ‘नहीं सरपंच जी क्योंकि मेरा पेट भर गया है। मैं आपके यहां थोड़ी देर आराम करना चाहूंगा।’
