11 अप्रेल, 2011 ! राष्ट्रीय स्तर की वालीबॉल खिलाड़ी अरुणिमा सिन्हा ( Arunima Sinha )
, पद्मावती एक्सप्रेस में लखनऊ से दिल्ली जा रही थी| बीच रास्ते में कुछ लुटेरों ने सोने की चेन छिनने का प्रयास किया, जिसमें कामयाब न होने पर उन्होंने अरुणिमा को ट्रेन से नीचे फेंक दिया| arunima sinha motivational story in hindi

पास के ट्रैक पर आ रही दूसरी ट्रेन उनके बाएँ पैर के ऊपर से निकल गयी जिससे उनका पूरा शरीर खून से लथपथ हो गया| वे अपना बायाँ पैर खो चुकी थी और उनके दाएँ पैर में लोहे की छड़े डाली गयी थी| उनका चार महीने तक दिल्ली के आल इंडिया इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ मेडिकल साइंसेज (AIIMS) में इलाज चला| इस हादसे ने उन्हें लोगों की नज़रों में असहाय बना दिया था और वे खुद को असहाय नहीं देखना चाहती थी|

क्रिकेटर युवराज सिंह से प्रेरित होकर उन्होंने कुछ ऐसा करने की सोची ताकि वह फिर से आत्मविश्वास भरी सामान्य जिंदगी जी सके|
अब उनके कृत्रिम पैर लगाया जा चुका था और अब उनके पास एक लक्ष्य था| वह लक्ष्य था दुनिया कि सबसे ऊँची पर्वत चोटी माउंट एवेरेस्ट को फतह करना| अब तक कोई विकलांग ऐसा नहीं कर पाया था|

एम्स से छुट्टी मिलते ही वे भारत की एवरेस्ट पर चढ़ने वाली पहली महिला पर्वतारोही “बिछेन्द्री पॉल” से मिलने चली गई| अरुणिमा ने पॉल की निगरानी में ट्रेनिंग शुरू की| कई मुसीबतें आई लेकिन उन्होंने हार नहीं मानी और धीरे धीरे पर्वतारोहण की ट्रेनिंग पूरी की|

21 मई 2013 को उन्होंने एवेरेस्ट फतह कर ली| एवेरस्ट फतह करने के साथ ही वे विश्व की पहली विकलांग महिला पर्वतारोही बन गई|
एवरेस्ट फतह करने के बाद भी वे रुकी नहीं| उन्होंने विश्व के सातों महाद्वीपों की सबसे ऊँची पर्वत चोटियों को फतह करने का लक्ष्य रखा|
जिसमें से अब तक वे कई पर्वत चोटियों पर तिरंगा फहरा चुकी है और वे अपने इस लक्ष्य पर लगातार आगे बढ़ रही है|

एक भयानक हादसे ने अरुणिमा की जिंदगी बदल दी| वे चाहती तो हार मानकर असहाय की जिंदगी जी सकती थी लेकिन उन्हें असहाय रहना मंजूर नहीं था| उनके हौसले और प्रयासों ने उन्हें फिर से एक नई जिंदगी दे दी|

अरुणिमा जैसे लोग भारत की शान है और यही वो लोग है, जो नए भारत का निर्माण करने में एक नींव का काम कर रहे है| युवराज सिंह से प्रेरित होकर अरुणिमा ने अपनी जिंदगी बदल दी और अब अरुणिमा कहानी हजारों लोगों की जिंदगी बदल रही है|

The second train on the nearby track went over his left leg, making his entire body soaked with blood. She had lost her left leg and was put in an iron rod in her right leg. He underwent treatment at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi for four months. The tragedy had made them helpless in the eyes of the people and they did not want to see themselves helpless.

Inspired by cricketer Yuvraj Singh, he thought of doing something so that he could live a confident normal life again.
Now his prosthetic leg had been planted and now he had a goal. That goal was to conquer Mount Everest, the world’s highest mountain peak. No handicapped had been able to do so so far.

As soon as she was discharged from AIIMS, she went to meet India’s first female climber, “Bischri Paul”, to climb Everest. Arunima started training under Paul’s supervision. There were many troubles, but they did not give up and gradually completed mountaineering training.

On May 21, 2013, he conquered Everest. With Everst Fatah, she became the world’s first disabled female climber.
They did not stop even after conquering Everest. He aimed to conquer the highest mountain peaks of the seven continents of the world.
Out of which she has so far unfurled the tricolour on several mountain peaks and is constantly moving forward on hA terrible tragedy changed Arunima’s life. She wanted to be defeated and could live a life of helplessness but she was not allowed to be helpless. His freshness and efforts gave him a new life again.er goal.
