सुल्तान ग्यासुद्दीन तीर कमान से अभ्यास कर रहे थे। अचानक एक तीर एक बालक को लग गया और उसकी मृत्यु हो गई। बालक की मां ने दिल्ली के प्रधानमंत्री काजी सिराजुद्दीन की अदालत में मुकदमा दायर किया।

काजी ने सुल्तान को अदालत में तलब किया। सुल्तान साधारण पोशाक में पेश हुए और मुजरिम की तरह खड़े हो गए। उन्होंने जुर्म स्वीकार लिया। बालक की मां को धन देकर राजीनामा लिखाया और काजी को दे दिया। कार्रवाई खत्म हुई। काजी साहब अपनी स्थान से उठे और झुककर सुल्तान को सलाम किया।

सुल्तान ने काजी को गले से लगा लिया और कपड़ो में छिपी कटार दिखाते हुए कहा, मैं इंसाफ की इज्जत रखने के लिए अदालत में पेश हुआ था। आपने इंसाफ की इज्जत रखी, यह देखकर खुशी हुई। अगर मैं देखता कि आप इंसाफ करने में जरा चूक रहे हैं तो मैं आपकी गर्दन उड़ा देता।

Sultan Ghazuddin was practicing with arrows. Suddenly an arrow took a child and he died. The child’s mother filed a lawsuit in the court of Delhi’s Prime Minister Kazi Sirajuddin.

Qazi summoned Sultan to the court. Sultan appeared in ordinary dress and stood like a mujrim. They accepted the crime. After giving money to the mother of the child, he resigned and gave it to Qazi. The action is over. Kaji Sahab rose from his place and bowed down to Sultan.
