नहीं थे राजा, हो रहे थे परेशान और जब मिले तो

एक बड़ा सा तालाब था उसमें सैकड़ों मेंढ़क रहते थे। तालाब में कोई राजा नहीं था। दिन पर दिन अनुशासनहीनता बढ़ती जाती थी और स्थिति को नियंत्रण में करने वाला कोई नहीं था। उसे ठीक करने का कोई यंत्र तंत्र मंत्र दिखाई नहीं देता था। नई पीढ़ी उत्तरदायित्व हीन थी। जो थोड़े बहुत होशियार मेंढ़क निकलते थे वे पढ़-लिखकर अपना तालाब सुधारने की बजाय दूसरे तालाबों में चैन से जा बसते थे।

हार कर कुछ बूढ़े मेंढ़कों ने घोर तपस्या से भगवान शिव को प्रसन्न कर लिया और उनसे आग्रह किया कि तालाब के लिये कोई राजा भेज दें। जिससे उनके तालाब में सुख चैन स्थापित हो सके। शिव जी ने प्रसन्न होकर नंदी( शिव का वाहन) को उनकी देखभाल के लिए भेज दिया।

नंदी तालाब के किनारे इधर उधर घूमता, पहरेदारी करता लेकिन न वह उनकी भाषा समझता था न उनकी आवश्यकताएं। नंदी के खुर से कुचलकर अक्सर कोई न कोई मेंढ़क मर जाता। समस्या दूर होने की बजाय और बढ़ गई थी। पहले तो केवल झगड़े झंझट होते थे लेकिन अब तो मौतें भी होने लगीं।

फिर से कुछ बूढ़े मेंढकों ने तपस्या से शिव जी को प्रसन्न किया और राजा को बदल देने की प्रार्थना की। शिव जी ने उनकी बात का सम्मान करते हुए नंदी को वापस बुला लिया और अपने गले के सर्प को राजा बनाकर भेज दिया। फिर क्या था वह पहरेदारी करते समय एक दो मेंढ़क चट कर जाता। मेंढ़क उसके भोजन जो थे। मेंढ़क बुरी तरह से परेशानी में घिर गए थे।

फिर से मेंढ़कों ने घबराकर अपनी तपस्या से भोलेशंकर को पुनः प्रसन्न किया। शिव भी थे तो भोलेबाबा ही, सो जल्दी से प्रकट हो गए। मेंढ़कों ने कहा, ‘आपका भेजा हुआ कोई भी राजा हमारे तालाब में व्यवस्था नहीं बना पाया। समझ में नहीं आता कि हमारे कष्ट कैसे दूर होंगे। कोई यंत्र या मंत्र काम नहीं करता। आप ही बताएं हम क्या करें?’

इस बार शिव जी जरा गंभीर हो गए। थोड़ा रुक कर बोले, यंत्र मंत्र छोड़ो और स्वतंत्र स्थापित करो। मैं तुम्हें यही शिक्षा देना चाहता था। तुम्हें क्या चाहिए और तुम्हारे लिए क्या उपयोगी वह केवल तुम्हीं अच्छी तरह समझ सकते हो।

किसी भी तंत्र में बाहर से भेजा गया कोई भी विदेशी शासन या नियम चाहे वह कितना ही अच्छा क्यों न हो तुम्हारे लिये अच्छा नहीं हो सकता। इसलिये अपना स्वाभिमान जागृत करो, संगठित बनो, अपना तंत्र बनाओ और उसे लागू करो। अपनी आवश्यकताएं समझो, गलतियों से सीखो। मांगने से सब कुछ प्राप्त नहीं होता, अपने परिश्रम का मूल्य समझो और समझदारी से अपना तंत्र विकसित करो।

There was a large pond that contained hundreds of frogs. There was no king in the lake. Day-by-day indiscipline increased and there was no one to control the situation. There was no mechanism to fix it. The new generation responsibility was inferior. Those who had some very clever frogs used to go to rest in other ponds instead of improving their pond by reading and writing.

After defeating some old frogs pleaded Lord Shiva with great austerity and urged them to send a king to the pond. Thereby establishing happiness in their pond. Shiva ji pleased and sent Nandi (Shiva’s vehicle) to take care of him.

Nandi swirls around the pond, roams around, but does not understand his language, nor his needs. Some frogs would often die by crushing Nandi’s hoof. The problem grew further rather than away. At first only the quarrels were turbulent but now even deaths start to happen.

Again, some old frogs pleased Shiva with austerities and prayed to change the king. Shiva, while honoring his talk, called Nandi back and sent the snake of his neck as king. Then what was he doing while wearing a two frogs while patrolling? Frogs were her food. Frogs were severely troubled.

Again, the frogs panicked and recovered Bholashankar from his penance. If Shiva was also Bholeababa itself, so suddenly he appeared. The frogs said, ‘No king sent to you has been able to make arrangements in our pond. Do not understand how our troubles will be overcome. No instrument or spell works Only you tell us what to do? ‘

This time Shivaji became less serious. Wait a little while, leave the mantra mantra and establish it independently. I wanted to teach you this. What you need and what is useful to you, only you can understand well.

Any foreign rule or rule sent out from outside in any mechanism may not be good for you, no matter how good it is. Therefore, awaken your self-respect, be organized, make your system and apply it. Understand your needs, learn from mistakes. Do not get everything from demanding, consider the value of your labor and develop your system wisely.
