एक घर मे तीन भाई और एक बहन थी…बड़ा
और छोटा
पढ़ने मे बहुत तेज थे। उनके माँ बाप उन चारो से बेहद
प्यार करते थे मगर मंझले बेटे से थोड़ा परेशान से थे।
बड़ा बेटा पढ़ लिखकर डाक्टर बन गया।
छोटा भी पढ लिखकर इंजीनियर बन गया। मगर
मंझला बिलकुल अवारा और गंवार बनके ही रह गया।
सबकी शादी हो गई । बहन और मंझले को
छोड़ दोनों
भाईयो ने Love मैरेज की थी।
बहन की शादी भी अच्छे घराने मे
हुई थी।
आख़िर भाई सब डाक्टर इंजीनियर जो थे।
अब मंझले को कोई लड़की नहीं मिल
रही थी। बाप
भी परेशान मां भी।
बहन जब भी मायके आती सबसे पहले छोटे
भाई और बड़े
भैया से मिलती। मगर मंझले से कम ही
मिलती थी।
क्योंकि वह न तो कुछ दे सकता था और न ही वह
जल्दी घर पे मिलता था।
वैसे वह दिहाडी मजदूरी करता था। पढ़
नहीं सका
तो…नौकरी कौन देता। मझले की शादी
कीये बिना
बाप गुजर गया ।
माँ ने सोचा कहीं अब बँटवारे की बात न निकले
इसलिए अपने ही गाँव से एक सीधी
साधी लड़की से
मंझले की शादी करवा दी।
शादी होते ही न जाने क्या हुआ की
मंझला बड़े लगन
से काम करने लगा ।
दोस्तों ने कहा… ए चन्दू आज अड्डे पे आना।
चंदू – आज नहीं फिर कभी
दोस्त – अरे तू शादी के बाद तो जैसे
बीबी का गुलाम
ही हो गया?
चंदू – अरे ऐसी बात नहीं । कल मैं अकेला एक
पेट था
तो अपने रोटी के हिस्से कमा लेता था। अब दो पेट है
आज ।
कल और होगा।
घरवाले नालायक कहते हैं मेरे लिए चलता है।
मगर मेरी पत्नी मुझे कभी नालायक
कहे तो मेरी
मर्दानगी पर एक भद्दा गाली है। क्योंकि एक
पत्नी
के लिए उसका पति उसका घमंड इज्जत और उम्मीद
होता है। उसके घरवालो ने भी तो मुझपर भरोसा करके
ही तो अपनी बेटी दी
होगी…फिर उनका भरोसा
कैसे तोड़ सकता हूँ । काॅलेज मे नौकरी की
डिग्री
मिलती है और ऐसे संस्कार मा बाप से मिलते हैं ।
इधर घर पे बड़ा और छोटा भाई और उनकी पत्नियां
मिलकर आपस मे फैसला करते हैं की…जायदाद का
बंटवारा हो जाये क्योंकि हम दोनों लाखों कमाते है
मगर मंझला ना के बराबर कमाता है। ऐसा नहीं
होगा।
मां के लाख मना करने पर भी…बंटवारा की
तारीख
तय होती है। बहन भी आ जाती है
मगर चंदू है की काम
पे निकलने के बाहर आता है। उसके दोनों भाई उसको
पकड़कर भीतर लाकर बोलते हैं की आज तो
रूक जा?
बंटवारा कर ही लेते हैं । वकील कहता है ऐसा
नहीं
होता। साईन करना पड़ता है।
चंदू – तुम लोग बंटवारा करो मेरे हिस्से मे जो देना है दे
देना। मैं शाम को आकर अपना बड़ा सा अगूंठा
चिपका दूंगा पेपर पर।
बहन- अरे बेवकूफ …तू गंवार का गंवार ही रहेगा।

मिलें
मां- अरे चंदू आज रूक जा।
बंटवारे में कुल दस विघा जमीन मे दोनों भाई 5- 5 रख

और चंदू को पुस्तैनी घर छोड़ देते है
तभी चंदू जोर से चिल्लाता है।

दोनों भाई हंसकर बोलते हैं

दोनों भाई चकितहोकर बोलते हैं ।

चंदू मां की और देख के मुस्कुरा के बोलता है

फिर अपनी बिबी की ओर देखकर

दिया ।
बहन दौड़कर अपने गंवार भैया से गले लगकर रोते हुए
कहती है की..मांफ कर दो भैया मुझे क्योंकि मैं

सकी आपको।
चंदू – इस घर मे तेरा भी उतना ही अधिकार है

हम सभी का।
बहुओं को जलाने की हिम्मत किसी मे
नहीं होती
मगर फिर भी जलाई जाती है क्योंकि
शादी के बाद
हर भाई हर बाप उसे पराया समझने लगते हैं । मगर मेरे
लिए तुम सब बहुत अजीज हो चाहे पास रहो या दुर।
माँ का चुनाव इसलिए कीया ताकी तुम सब हमेशा
मुझे याद आओ। क्योंकि ये वही कोख है जंहा हमने
साथ साथ 9 – 9 महीने गुजारे। मां के साथ
तुम्हारी
यादों को भी मैं रख रहा हूँ।
दोनों भाई दौड़कर मंझले से गले मिलकर रोते रोते कहते
हैं
आज तो तू सचमुच का बाबा लग रहा है। सबकी पलको
पे पानी ही पानी। सब एक साथ फिर
से रहने लगते है।
