इंसान का सच्चा धन क्या ???

असल में यह धन ,बांग्ला -गाडी आदि हमारा सच्चा धन नहीं है। इंसान का सच्चा धन तो असल में कुछ और ही है। चलिए जानते हैं :-

एक बार एक शक्तिशाली राजा घने वन में शिकार खेलने चला गया। अचानक ही आकाश में बादल छा गए और मूसलाधार वर्षा होने लगी। सूर्य अस्त होने लगा और धीरे-धीरे अँधेरा छाने लगा। राजा भी उस अँधेरे वन में अपने महल का रास्ता भूल गया और सिपाहियों से अलग हो गया। राजा को बहुत भूख -प्यास भी लग आयी थकावट से व्याकुल राजा जंगल के किनारे एक टीले पर बैठ गया। थोड़ी देर बाद उसने वहाँ तीन बच्चों को देखा।

तीनों बच्चे बहुत अच्छे दोस्त थे। वे गाँव की ओर जा रहे थे। राजा ने उन्हें बुलाया , सुनो बच्चों! ‘जरा यहाँ आओ।’ । बच्चे जब वहाँ पहुंचे तो राजा ने उनसे पूछा – ‘क्या कहीं से थोड़ा भोजन और जल मिलेगा?’ मैं बहुत प्यासा हूँ और भूख भी बहुत लगी है।

बच्चों ने उत्तर दिया – ‘अवश्य ‘। हम अभी घर जा कर कुछ ले आते है। वे तीनों बच्चे गाँव की ओर भागे और तुरंत जल और भोजन ले आये। राजा बच्चों के प्रेम को देखकर बहुत प्रसन्न हुआ।

राजा बोले – “प्यारे बच्चों! तुम लोग जीवन में क्या करना चाहते हो? मैं तुम सब की कुछ सहायता करना चाहता हूँ।”

कुछ देर सोचने के बाद एक बच्चा बोला – ‘ मुझे तो केवल धन चाहिए। मैंने कभी दो समय की रोटी भी नहीं खायी । कभी सुन्दर वस्त्र नहीं पहने ,इसलिए मुझे धन चाहिए। राजा मुस्कुरा उठे और बोले – ठीक है। मैं तुम्हें इतना धन दूँगा कि जीवन भर सुखी रहोगे। यह शब्द सुनते ही बच्चों की ख़ुशी का ठिकाना न रहा।
दूसरे बच्चे ने बड़े उत्साह से पूछा – “क्या आप मुझे एक बड़ा-सा बँगला और घोड़ागाड़ी देंगे?’ राजा ने कहा – अगर तुम्हे यही चाहिए तो तुम्हारी इच्छा भी पूरी हो जाएगी।

तीसरे बच्चे ने कहा – “महाराज , मुझे न धन चाहिए न ही बंगला-गाड़ी। मुझे तो आप बस इतना आशीर्वाद दीजिए की जिससे मैं पढ़-लिखकर विद्वान बन जाऊं और शिक्षा समाप्त होने पर मैं अपने देश के लिए कुछ कर सकूं । तीसरे बच्चे की इच्छा सुनकर राजा बहुत खुश हुआ। उसने उसके लिए उत्तम शिक्षा का प्रबंध किया। वह बहुत ही मेहनती बालक था इसलिए उसने दिन-रात एक करके पढाई की और बहुत बड़ा विद्वान बन गया और समय आने पर राजा ने उसे अपने राज्य में मंत्री पद पर नियुक्त कर लिया।

एक दिन अचानक राजा को वर्षों पहले घटी उस घटना की याद आई। उन्होंने मंत्री से कहा, ” वर्षों पहले तुम्हारे साथ जो दो और बच्चे थे, अब उनका क्या हाल-चाल है… मैं चाहता हूँ की एक बार फिर मैं एक साथ तुम तीनो से मिलूं, अतः कल अपने उन दोनों मित्रों को भोजन पर आमंत्रित कर लो।”

मंत्री ने दोनों को संदेशा भिजवा दिया और अगले ही दिन सभी एक साथ राजा के सामने उपस्थित हो गए।

राजा बोला‘आज तुम तीनो को फिर एक साथ देखकर मैं बहुत प्रसन्न हूँ। इनके बारे में तो मैं जानता हूँ…पर तुम दोनों अपने बारे में बताओ। “, राजा ने मंत्री के कंधे पर हाथ रखते हुए कहा।

जिस बालक ने धन माँगा था वह दुखी होते हुए बोला, “राजा साहब, मैंने उस दिन आपसे धन मांग कर बड़ी गलती की। इतना सारा धन पाकर मैं आलसी बन गया और बहुत सारा धन बेकार की चीजों में खर्च कर दिया, मेरा बहुत सा धन चोरी भी हो गया ….और कुछ एक वर्षों में ही मैं वापस उसी स्थिति में पहुँच गया जिसमे आपने मुझे देखा था।”

बंगला-गाडी मांगने वाला बच्चा भी अपना रोना रोने लगा, ” महाराज, मैं बड़े ठाट से अपने बंगले में रह रहा था, पर वर्षों पहले आई बाढ़ में मेरा सबकुछ बर्वाद हो गया और मैं भी अपने पहले जैसी स्थिति में पहुँच गया।

उनकी बातें सुनने के बाद राजा बोले, ” इस बात को अच्छी तरह गाँठ बाँध लो धन-संपदा सदा हमारे पास नहीं रहते पर ज्ञान जीवन-भर मनुष्य के काम आता है और उसे कोई चुरा भी नहीं सकता। शिक्षा ही मानव को विद्वान और बड़ा आदमी बनाती है, इसलिए सबसे बड़ा धन “विद्या” ही है।”

Actually, this wealth, Bangla-gadi etc. is not our true wealth. The true wealth of man is really something else. Let us know: –

Once a powerful king went hunting in the dense forest. Suddenly there was cloud in the sky and torrential rains started. The sun began to set and slowly darkened. The king also forgot the way to his palace in that dark forest and broke away from the soldiers. The king also felt very hungry and thirsty, distraught with tiredness, the king sat on a mound on the edge of the forest. After a while he saw three children there.

All three children were very good friends. They were going towards the village. The king called them, listen children! “Come here.” When the children arrived there, the king asked them – ‘Will there be some food and water from somewhere?’ I am very thirsty and hungry too.

The children answered – of course. We just go home and get something. All three children ran towards the village and immediately brought water and food. The king was very happy to see the love of children.

The king said – “Dear children! What do you guys want to do in life? I want to help you all a bit. ”

After thinking for a while, one child said – “All I want is money.” I have never eaten bread for two times. Never wear beautiful clothes, that’s why I want money. The king smiled and said – Okay. I will give you so much money that you will be happy throughout your life. On hearing this word, there was no place for the happiness of the children.
The second child enthusiastically asked – “Will you give me a big Bengali and a horse?” The king said – if you want this then your wish will also be fulfilled.

The third child said – “Your Majesty, I do not want any money nor a bungalow-cart. Just bless me so much that I can become a scholar by reading and I can do something for my country when my education ends. The king was very happy to hear the wish of the third child. He arranged a good education for her. He was a very hard working child, so he studied day and night one by one and became a great scholar and when the time came, the king appointed him to the post of minister in his kingdom.

One day the king suddenly remembered the incident that took place years ago. He told the minister, “What is the condition of two more children who were with you years ago … Now I want that once again I will meet the three of you together, so tomorrow invite those two friends for your meal. Take it. ”

The minister sent a message to both of them and the very next day they all appeared before the king together.

The king said, ‘Today, I am very happy to see you all together again. I know about them… but you two tell about yourself. “The king said placing his hand on the minister’s shoulder.”

The child who asked for money said in sadness, “Sir, I made a big mistake that day by asking you for money. After getting so much money, I became lazy and spent a lot of money in worthless things, a lot of my money was stolen too… and within a few years I came back to the same situation in which you saw me. ”

The bungalow-seeking child also started crying, “Maharaj, I was living in my bungalow with great gusto, but in the floods of years ago, everything was ruined and I too reached my position.

After listening to his words, the king said, “Tie this knot well. Wealth and wealth do not always remain with us, but knowledge is useful for human beings throughout life and no one can steal it.” Education makes man a scholar and a big man, therefore the biggest wealth is “Vidya”. “
