खून का असर

राजा के दरबार मे एक आदमी नौकरी मांगने के लिए आया,
उससे उसकी क़ाबलियत पूछी गई तो वो बोला,
मैं आदमी हो चाहे जानवर, शक्ल देख कर उसके बारे में बता सकता हूँ…..

राजा ने उसे अपने खास “घोड़ों के अस्तबल का इंचार्ज” बना दिया…..
कुछ ही दिन बाद राजा ने उससे अपने सब से महंगे और मनपसन्द घोड़े के बारे में पूछा तो उसने कहा

नस्ली नही है…

राजा को हैरानी हुई, उसने जंगल से घोड़े वाले को बुला कर पूछा,,,,,
उसने बताया घोड़ा नस्ली तो हैं पर इसके पैदा होते ही इसकी मां मर गई थी इसलिए ये एक गाय का दूध पी कर उसके साथ पला बढ़ा है,,,,,
राजा ने अपने नौकर को बुलाया और पूछा तुम को कैसे पता चला के घोड़ा नस्ली नहीं हैं??

“उसने कहा “जब ये घास खाता है तो गायों की तरह सर नीचे करके, जबकि नस्ली घोड़ा घास मुह में लेकर सर उठा लेता है,,,,,,,,”

राजा उसकी काबलियत से बहुत खुश हुआ, उसने नौकर के घर अनाज, घी, मुर्गे, और ढेर सारी बकरियां बतौर इनाम भिजवा दिए,,,,,,,,,,
और अब उसे रानी के महल में तैनात कर दिया,,, कुछ दिनो बाद राजा ने उससे रानी के बारे में राय मांगी, उसने कहा,

“तौर तरीके तो रानी जैसे हैं लेकिन पैदाइशी नहीं हैं,,,,”

राजा के पैरों तले जमीन निकल गई, उसने अपनी सास को बुलाया, सास ने कहा “हक़ीक़त ये है कि आपके पिताजी ने मेरे पति से हमारी बेटी की पैदाइश पर ही रिश्ता मांग लिया था लेकिन हमारी बेटी 6 महीने में ही मर गई थी लिहाज़ा हम ने आपके रजवाड़े से करीबी रखने के लिए किसी और की बच्ची को अपनी बेटी बना लिया,,,,,,,,,”

राजा ने फिर अपने नौकर से पूछा “तुम को कैसे पता चला??”

“”उसने कहा, “रानी साहिबा का नौकरो के साथ सुलूक गंवारों से भी बुरा है एक खानदानी इंसान का दूसरों से व्यवहार करने का एक तरीका होता है जो रानी साहिबा में बिल्कुल नही,,,,,,”

राजा फिर उसकी पारखी नज़रों से खुश हुआ और फिर से बहुत सारा अनाज भेड़ बकरियां बतौर इनाम दी साथ ही उसे अपने दरबार मे तैनात कर लिया,,,,,

कुछ वक्त गुज़रा, राजा ने फिर नौकर को बुलाया, और अपने बारे में पूछा,,,,,,

नौकर ने कहा “जान की सलामती हो तो कहूँ”

राजा ने वादा किया तो उसने कहा

“न तो आप राजा के बेटे हो और न ही आपका चलन राजाओं वाला है”

राजा को बहुत गुस्सा आया, मगर जान की सलामती का वचन दे चुका था राजा सीधा अपनी मां के महल पहुंचा मां ने कहा ये सच है तुम एक चरवाहे के बेटे हो हमारी औलाद नहीं थी तो तुम्हे गोद लेकर हम ने पाला,,,,,

राजा ने नौकर को बुलाया और पूछा, बता, भोई वाले तुझे कैसे पता चला????

उसने कहा “जब राजा किसी को इनाम दिया करते हैं, तो हीरे मोती और जवाहरात की शक्ल में देते हैं लेकिन आप भेड़, बकरियां, खाने पीने की चीजें दिया करते हैं…ये रवैया किसी राजा का नही, किसी चरवाहे के बेटे का ही हो सकता है,,,,,,,,,”

किसी इंसान के पास कितनी धन दौलत, सुख समृद्धि, रुतबा, इल्म, बाहुबल हैं ये सब बाहरी दिखावा हैं।
इंसान की असलियत की पहचान उसके व्यवहार और उसकी नियत से है
हैसियत कुछ भी हो, पर सोच नही बदलती,,
