काम का नजरिया बदलें, खुशियां रहेंगी हमेशा साथ

बात पुरानी है लेकिन है रोचक। एक बार एक मुनि तीर्थ यात्रा पर निकले, रास्ते में एक गांव आया। मुनि बहुत थक चुके थे। उन्होंने गांव में ही एक खेत के नजदीक बरगद के पेड़ के नीचे शरण ली। वहीं कुछ मजदूर पत्थर से खंभे बना रहे थे।

मुनि ने पूछा, ‘यह क्या बन रहा है?’ एक मजदूर ने कहा, ‘पत्थर काट रहा हूं।’ मुनि ने फिर पूछा, ‘वो तो दिखाई दे रहा है। लेकिन यहां बनेगा क्या?’ दूसरे मजदूर ने कहा,’ मालूम नहीं।’

मुनि आगे चल दिए। उन्हें एक और मजदूर मिला उन्होंने उससे भी यही पूछा कि, ‘यहां क्या बनेगा?’ लेकिन उस मजदूर ने भी निराशा से भरा उत्तर दिया। लेकिन अब जो मजदूर मिला उसने ठीक उत्तर दिया, मुनि ने पूछा तो उसने कहा, ‘मुनिवर यहां मंदिर बनेगा।  इस गांव में कोई बड़ा मंदिर नहीं था।

गांव के लोगों को बाहर दूसरे गांव में त्योहार मनाने जाना पड़ता था। मैं अपने हुनर से यहां मंदिर बना रहा हूं। जब मैं पत्थरों पर छैनी चलाता हूं तो मुझे मंदिर की घंटी की आवाज सुनाई देती है। मैं अपने इसी काम में मगन रहता हूं। मुनि उस मजदूर के इस नजरिए से अभिभूत हो गए और उसे आशीर्वाद दिया।

Thing is old but interesting. Once a Muni came out on a pilgrimage, there came a village on the way. Muni was very tired He took shelter under a banyan tree near a farm in the village itself. Some laborers were making pillars with stone.

Muni asked, ‘What is this happening?’ A laborer said, ‘I am cutting the stone.’ Muni asked again, ‘He is visible. But what will happen here? ‘ The other worker said, ‘I do not know.’

Let the muni move forward. He got another worker and asked him, ‘What will happen here?’ But that laborer also answered with disappointment. But now the worker who got the right answer answered, Muni asked, then he said, ‘Munivar will be a temple here. There was no big temple in this village.

The people of the village had to go out to celebrate the festival in another village. I am making a temple here with my own wisdom. When I run chisels on the stones, I hear the sound of the temple bell. I am happy with my work. Muni got overwhelmed with this attitude of the laborer and blessed him.
