ये कुछ वाकये हैं जिनसे मुझे समझ आया कि ..हम जिसे सही जीवन शैली समझते हैं ..वो हमें भृमित करने का जरिया मात्र है। हम कंपनियों के ATM मात्र हैं। जिसमें से कुशल मार्केटिंग वाले लोग मोटा पैसा निकाल लेते हैं। अक्सर जिन चीजों को हमे बेचा जाता है , उन्हें बेचने वाले खुद इस्तेमाल नही करते। कृपया इसे एक बार पढें। शायद विचारणीय हो।

उपभोगवाद की हकीकत

सर में भयंकर दर्द था सो अपने परिचित केमिस्ट की दुकान से सर दर्द की गोली लेने रुका।
दुकान पर नौकर था, उसने मुझे गोली का पत्ता दिया ,
तो उससे मैंने पूछा गोयल साहब कहाँ गए हैं ,
तो उसने कहा साहब के सर में दर्द था ,
सो सामने वाली दुकान में कॉफी पीने गये हैं।
अभी आते होंगे!

मैं अपने हाथ मे लिए उस दवाई के पत्ते को देख रहा था.?

माँ का ब्लड प्रेशर और शुगर बढ़ा हुआ था ,
सो सवेरे सवेरे उन्हें लेकर उनके पुराने डॉक्टर के पास गया।
क्लिनिक से बाहर उनके गार्डन का नज़ारा दिख रहा था ,
जहां डॉक्टर साहब योग और व्यायाम कर रहे थे।
मुझे करीब 45 मिनिट इंतज़ार करना पड़ा।
कुछ देर में डॉक्टर साहब अपना नींबू पानी लेकर क्लिनिक आये ,
और माँ का चेक-अप करने लगे।
उन्होंने मम्मी से कहा आपकी दवाइयां बढ़ानी पड़ेंगी ,
और एक पर्चे पर करीब 5 या 6 दवाइयों के नाम लिखे।
उन्होंने माँ को दवाइयां रेगुलर रूप से खाने की हिदायत दी।
बाद में मैंने उत्सुकता वश उनसे पूछा कि…
क्या आप बहुत समय से योग कर रहे हैं.?

तो उन्होंने कहा कि…
पिछले 15 साल से वो योग कर रहे हैं ,
और ब्लड प्रेशर व अन्य बहुत सी बीमारियों से बचे हुए हैं!

मैं अपने हाथ मे लिए हुए माँ के उस पर्चे को देख रहा था ,
जिसमे उन्होंने BP और शुगर कम करने की कई दवाइयां लिख रखी थी.?

अपनी बीवी के साथ एक ब्यूटी पार्लर गया।
मेरी बीवी को हेयर ट्रीटमेंट कराना था ,
क्योंकी उनके बाल काफी खराब हो रहे थे।
रिसेप्शन में बैठी लड़की ने उन्हें कई पैकेज बताये और उनके फायदे भी।
पैकेज 1200 से लेकर 3000 तक थे।
कुछ डिस्काउंट के बाद मेरी बीवी को उन्होंने 3000 रु वाला पैकेज 2400रु में कर दिया।
हेयर ट्रीटमेंट के समय उनका ट्रीटमेंट करने वाली लड़की के बालों से अजीब सी खुशबू आ रही थी।
मैंने उससे पूछा कि आपने क्या लगा रखा है ,
कुछ अजीब सी खुशबू आ रही है।

तो उसने कहा —
उसने तेल में मेथी और कपूर मिला कर लगा रखा है ,
इससे बाल सॉफ्ट हो जाते हैं और जल्दी बढ़ते हैं।

मैं अपनी बीवी की शक्ल देख रहा था ,
जो 2400 रु में अपने बाल अच्छे कराने आई थी।

मेरी रईस कज़िन जिनका बड़ा डेयरी फार्म है, उनके फार्म पर गया।
फार्म में करीब 150 विदेशी गाय थी ,
जिनका दूध मशीनों द्वारा निकाल कर प्रोसेस किया जा रहा था।
एक अलग हिस्से में 2 देसी गैया हरा चारा खा रही थी।
पूछने पर बताया.. .
उनके घर उन गायों का दूध नही आता ,
जिनका दूध उनके डेयरी फार्म से सप्लाई होता है।
बल्कि परिवार के इस्तेमाल के लिए …
इन 2 देसी गायों का दूध, दही व घी इस्लेमाल होता है।

मै उन लोगों के बारे में सोच रहा था ,
जो ब्रांडेड दूध को बेस्ट मानकर खरीदते हैं।

एक प्रसिद्ध रेस्टुरेंट जो कि अपनी विशिष्ट थाली और शुद्ध खाने के लिए प्रसिद्ध है ,
हम खाना खाने गये।
निकलते वक्त वहां के मैनेजर ने बडी विनम्रता से पूछा-
सर खाना कैसा लगा, हम बिल्कुल शुद्ध घी तेल और मसाले यूज़ करते हैं ,
हम कोशिश करते हैं बिल्कुल घर जैसा खाना लगे।
मैंने खाने की तारीफ़ की तो उन्होंने अपना विजिटिंग कार्ड देने को अपने केबिन में गये।
काउंटर पर एक 3 डब्बों का स्टील का टिफिन रखा था।
एक वेटर ने दूसरे से कहा–
“सुनील सर का खाना अंदर केबिन में रख दे ,
बाद में खाएंगे”।
मैंने वेटर से पूछा क्या सुनील जी यहां नही खाते?
तो उसने जवाब दिया–
“सुनील सर कभी बाहर नही खाते ,
हमेशा घर से आया हुआ खाना ही खाते हैं”

मैं अपने हाथ मे 1670 रु के बिल को देख रहा था।

English Translation

These are some of the sentences that made me understand that .. what we think is the right way of life .. it is just a way to make us forget. We are the ATMs of companies only. Out of which skilled marketing people make big money out of it. Often the things that are sold to us are not used by the sellers themselves. Please read it once. Might be worth considering.

Reality of consumptionism

There was a severe pain in the head, so I stopped taking the pain pill from my familiar chemist’s shop.
There was a servant at the store, he gave me a bullet leaf,
So I asked him where has Goyal saab gone?
So he said that there was pain in the head of the officer,
So went to drink coffee in the front shop.
Must be coming now!

I was looking at that medicine leaf in my hand.

Mother’s blood pressure and sugar were increased,
So early in the morning took him to his old doctor.
Outside the clinic, there was a view of his garden,
Where the doctor was doing yoga and exercise.
I had to wait for about 45 minutes.
After some time, the doctor came to the clinic with his lemonade,
And started checking up on mother.
He told his mother that your medicines will have to be increased,
And wrote the names of about 5 or 6 medicines on a prescription.
He instructed the mother to eat medicines regularly.
Later I asked him curiously that…
Have you been doing yoga for a long time?

So they said that…
He has been doing yoga for the last 15 years,
And there are survivors of blood pressure and many other diseases!

I was looking at the mother’s leaflet in my hand,
In which he had written many medicines to reduce BP and sugar.

Went to a beauty parlor with her wife.
My wife had to undergo hair treatment,
Because their hair was getting very bad.
The girl sitting in the reception told him many packages and their benefits too.
Packages ranged from 1200 to 3000.
After some discounts, he gave my wife a package of Rs 3000 for Rs 2400.
At the time of hair treatment, there was a strange smell from the hair of the girl treating him.

A famous restaurant which is famous for its distinctive thali and pure food,
We went to eat food.
While leaving, the manager asked very politely-
How did the food taste, we use pure ghee oil and spices,
We try to eat exactly like home.
When I appreciated the food, he went to his cabin to give his visiting card.
A 3 taps steel tiffin was placed on the counter.
One waiter said to another–
“Put Sunil Sir’s food inside the cabin,
Will eat later “.
I asked the waiter, does Sunil not eat here?
So he replied–
“Sunil never eat out,
Always eat food from home ”

I was looking at the bill of Rs 1670 in my hand.
