ललिता गोपी बनीं सिपाही,
राधे बनी कप्तान,

इस गोपी के घर में जाकर,
दही और माखन खाया चुराकर,
गोपी ने देखा जब आकर,
चोर चोर बोली चिल्लाकर,
ललिता चोर पकड़ कर लाई,
थाने के दरम्यान,

घर घर यही शिकायत आई,
ब्रज में माखन चोर कन्हाई,
चोरी करत पकड़ लिए जाई,
दिए किशोरी पास बिठाई,

कमरबंध की परी हथकड़ी,
