Saying this, she also entered the same fire after keeping her husband on the pyre.

Then God gave her a boon that 'in the next birth your husband will be Nal, the son of King Birsen in Nishadh Desh and you will be born as Damayanti, the daughter of King Bhimsen of Vidarbha Desh.This yeti will also be a swan and it is here that you both will be united. There you will enjoy eternal pleasures and finally attain the rare state of salvation.' Saying this, Lord Shankar settled there in the form of Achaleshwar Linga and later on both these Bhil couple incarnated as Nal couple.
