एक राजा ने बहुत ही सुंदर महल बनावाया
महल के मुख्य द्वार पर एक ”गणित का सूत्र” लिखवाया
एक घोषणा की कि इस सूत्र से यह ‘द्वार खुल जाएगा और जो भी इस ”सूत्र” को ”हल” कर के ”द्वार” खोलेगा में उसे अपना उत्तराधीकारी घोषित कर दूंगा।

राज्य के बड़े बड़े गणितज्ञ आये और सूत्र देखकर लोट गए, किसी को कुछ समझ नहीं आया।

आख़री दिन आ चुका था उस दिन तीन लोग आये और कहने लगे हम इस सूत्र को हल कर देंगे। उसमे दो तो दूसरे राज्य के बड़े गणितज्ञ अपने साथ बहुत से पुराने गणित के सूत्रो की पुस्तकों सहित आये। लेकिन एक व्यक्ति जो ”साधक” की तरह नजर आ रहा था सीधा साधा कुछ भी साथ नहीं लाया था। उसने कहा मै यहां बैठा हूँ पहले इन्हें मौक़ा दिया जाए। दोनों गहराई से सूत्र हल करने में लग गए लेकिन द्वार नहीं खोल पाये और अपनी हार मान ली।

अंत में उस साधक को बुलाया गया और कहा कि आपका सूत्र हल करिये समय शुरू हो चुका है।

साधक ने आँख खोली और सहज मुस्कान के साथ ‘द्वार’ की ओर गया। साधक ने धीरे से द्वार को धकेला और यह क्या? द्वार खुल गया, राजा ने साधक से पूछा – आप ने ऐसा क्या किया? साधक ने बताया जब में ‘ध्यान’ में बैठा तो सबसे पहले अंतर्मन से आवाज आई, कि पहले ये जाँच तो कर ले कि सूत्र है भी या नहीं। इसके बाद इसे हल ”करने की सोचना” और मैंने वही किया!

कई बार जिंदगी में कोई ”समस्या” होती ही नहीं और हम ”विचारो” में उसे बड़ा बना लेते हैं।

English Translation

A king built a very beautiful palace
A “math formula” was written at the main entrance to the palace.
An announcement was made that with this sutra, it would open the ‘gate’ and whoever would “plow” this “sutra” and open the “door”, he would declare it his successor.

The great mathematicians of the state came and got swayed by seeing the sutras, no one understood anything.

The last day had come, three people came on that day and started saying that we will solve this formula. In it, two great mathematicians from other states came with him along with books of many old mathematical formulas. But a person who looked like a “seeker” did not bring anything straight with him. He said I am sitting here first to give him a chance. Both of them started solving deep formulas but could not open the gates and conceded defeat.

Finally that seeker was called and said that time has started to solve your formula.

The seeker opened his eyes and went to the ‘gate’ with a smooth smile. The seeker gently pushed the door and what was it? The door opened, the king asked the seeker – what did you do? The seeker said that when I was sitting in ‘meditation’, the first voice came from within, that first check whether there is a sutra or not. After that “think of solving it” and I did the same!

Many times there is no “problem” in life and we make it big in “thoughts”.
