*एक लड़का मेरे पास आया और बोला- भैया मैं बेरोजगार हूँ, कहीं नौकरी नहीं मिल रही है, बहुत परेशान हूँ। आप ही बताइये मोदी जी ने कहा था कि हर साल लाखों युवाओं को रोजगार दूँगा, सात साल होने को जा रहे है, कुछ भी नहीं मिला।*
मैंने उससे कुछ प्रश्न पूछे और सारे प्रश्नों का जबाब इस प्रकार रहा…
तुम टेलरिंग/कटिंग (दर्ज़ी) का काम करोगे ।
नहीं !
लेडीज़ ब्यूटी पार्लर पर काम करोगे ?
नहीं !
तो मर्दों के नाई (बार्बर) बन जाओ ?
नहीं !
हलवाई का काम कर लो?
नहीं !
बढ़ई (कारपेंटर) का काम करलो ?
नहीं !
लुहार का काम करोगे ?
नहीं !
खराद मशीन पर काम करोगे ?
नहीं !
वेल्डिंग कर सकते हो?
नहीं !
ग्राफिक डिज़ाइन का कुछ काम आता है ?
नहीं !
कबाड़ी का काम कर लो ?
नहीं !
सब्जी/फ्रूट का धंधा कर लो ?
-नहीं !
बाइक रिपेरिंग आती है ?
नहीं !
अकाउंट का काम आता है ?
नहीं !
प्लम्बिंग का काम कर सकते हो?
नहीं।
खेती बागवानी का काम करोगे ?
नहीं !
पंचर बना लोगे ?
नहीं !
होटल या रेस्टोरेंट में काम करोगे ?
नहीं !
बिजली रिपेरिंग, पंखा, AC, गीज़र, कूलर, वाशिंग मशीन रिपेरिंग कर लोगे ?
नहीं !
कपड़े की दुकान पर काम कर सकते हो ?
किराना दुकान पर काम कर सकते हो ?
नहीं !
सिलाई या टेलरीग का काम जानते हो ?
नहीं !
पान मसाला गुटखा बेचोगे ?
नहीं !
मजदूरी तो कर ही सकते हो ?
-नहीं !
फिर मैंने पूछा तुमको काम क्याआता है ?
*वो बोला जी मैं पढ़ा लिखा हूँ, BA पास हूँ। ये सब काम मेरे लिए नहीं, मुझे तो बस सरकारी क्लर्क की नौकरी चाहिए। वर्ना मेरी शादी भी नहीं होगी। पढ़े लिखे होने के बाबजूद मुझे कोई काम नहीं मिल रहा है ।*
वो बोला सरकार ने हम जैसे अनेक युवाओं को बेरोज़गार कर दिया ।
तब से दिमाग़ खराब है मेरा ।
ये वह लोग हैं जिनको सरकार तो क्या पूरी दुनिया में कोई नौकरी नहीं दे सकता। आज के युवा मेहनत करने के बजाए सरकार को गाली देना बेहतर विकल्प मानते हैं ।।
*मैं बोला तुमको ही कुछ काम करना नहीं आता, कमी काम करने वालों की है काम की नहीं, काम चारों तरफ बिखरे पड़े हैं, और उनको लड़के झपट रहे हैं । तुम लोग बस सरकारी या किसी 10-15 हजार वाली नौकरी के इंतज़ार में बैठे हो, और बेरोज़गारी का रोना रो रो के सरकार का स्यापा कर रहे हो ।
अपने बच्चों को शिक्षित करने के साथ ही हुनरमंद भी बनाइए।
अपने अंदर यह सोच हटा दीजिए कि “लोग क्या कहेंगे” या “लोग क्या सोचेंगे’ क्योंकि लोग क्या कहेंगे यह सबसे खतरनाक वाक्य है जो हमें बर्बाद कर देता है
*बच्चों को समझाइये कि कोई भी काम छोटा नहीं होता। धीरूभाई अंबानी ने पहले पैट्रोल पम्प पर भी नौकरी की थी, और शुरू शुरू में पुराने कपड़ों के खरीदने बेचने का व्यापार किया था।*
अगर वो सरकारी नौकरी का इंतज़ार करते रहते तो, किसी सरकारी विभाग में क्लर्क/मैनेजर बन कर ही रह जाते, और रिलायंस कम्पनी न बनती ।
अटल बिहारी वाजपेई जी जब पाकिस्तान बस लेकर गए थे तब उनके साथ फिल्म अभिनेता देवानंद भी गए थे और देवानंद जो अपनी डिग्री पाकिस्तान से पलायन के समय नहीं ले पाए थे वह डिग्री जब उन्हें दी गई तब उन्होंने कहा कि आज मैं जो कुछ हूं अपनी इस छूटी हुई डिग्री के कारण हूं
क्योंकि मेरे भाई मुझे नेवी में क्लर्क की नौकरी दिलवा रहे थे क्योंकि मैं अपनी डिग्री पाकिस्तान ही भूल गया था इसीलिए मुझे वह क्लर्क की नौकरी नहीं मिली, शुरू में मैं मायूस रहा कि संघर्ष किया और आज मैं इस मुकाम पर हूं
अगर मेरे पास यह डिग्री उस वक्त होती तो मैं आज नेवी का क्लर्क होकर मर जाता मुझे कोई नहीं पहचानता
*बच्चों को हुनर सीखने की सीख दीजिये*
हमें भी अपने समाज के बच्चों को *पढ़ाई के अलावा’* कुछ ना कुछ *हुनर* भी सीखने के लिए ध्यान अवश्य दिलाना चाहिए।
समाज का हर व्यक्ति जब कुछ ना कुछ *हुनर* जानने वाला होगा, *बेरोजगारी* की समस्या तभी हल होगी ।
