पेड़ का रहस्य

शहर के बाहरी हिस्से में मल्टी नेशनल कम्पनी में काम करने वाले एक सेल्स मैनेजर अपनी पत्नी और दो बच्चों के साथ रहते थे। वह रोज सुबह काम पर निकल जाते और देर शाम को घर लौटते।

एक बार कुछ चोरों ने मैनेजर के घर में चोरी करने का मन बनाया। चोरी करने के दो-चार दिन पहले से ही वे उनके घर के आस-पास चक्कर लगाने लगे और उनकी गतिविधियों पर नज़र रखने लगे।

एक दिन चोरों ने एक अजीब सी चीज देखी। मैनेजर साहब जब शाम को लौटे तो वह घर में घुसने से पहले बागीचे में लगे आम के पेड़ के पास जाकर खड़े हो गए। उसके बाद उन्होंने अपने बैग में से एक-एक करके कुछ निकाला और पेड़ में कहीं डाल दिया। चूँकि उनकी पीठ चोरों की तरफ थी इसलिए वे ठीक से देख नहीं पाए कि आखिर मैनेजर ने क्या निकाला और कहाँ डाला।

खैर! इतना देख लेना ही चोरों के लिए काफी था। उनकी आँखें चमक गयीं; उन्होंने सोचा कि ज़रूर मैनेजर ने वहां कोई कीमती चीज या पैसे छुपाये होंगे।

मैनेजर के अन्दर जाते ही चोर थोड़ा और अँधेरा होने का इंतज़ार करने लगे और जब उन्हें तसल्ली हो गयी कि मैनेजर साहब खा-पीकर सो गए हैं तो वे धीरे से बाउंड्री कूद कर उनके घर में दाखिल हुए।

बिना समय गँवाए वे आम के पेड़ के पास गए और मैनेजर साहब की छिपाई चीज ढूँढने लगे। चोर हैरान थे, बहुत खोजने पर भी उन्हें वहां कुछ नज़र नहीं आ रहा था..वे समझ नहीं पा रहे थे कि आखिर मैनेजर ने किस चतुराई से चीजें छिपाई हैं कि इतने शातिर चोरों के खोजने पर भी वे नहीं मिल रही हैं!

अंत में हार मान कर चोर वहां से चले गए। अगले दिन वे फिर छिपकर मैनेजर के ऑफिस से लौटने का इंतज़ार करने लगे।

रोज की तरह मैनेजर साहब देरी से घर लौटे। आज भी वे घर में घुसने से पहले उसी आम के पेड़ के पास गए और अपने बैग से कुछ चीजें निकाल कर उसमे डाल दी।

एक बार फिर चोर सबके सो जाने पर पेड़ के पास गए और जी-जान से खोजबीन करने लगे। पर आज भी उनके हाथ कुछ नहीं लगा।

अब चोरों को कीमती सामान से अधिक ये जानने की जिज्ञासा होने लगी कि आखिर वो मैनेजर किस तरह से चीजों को छिपता है कि लाख ढूँढने पर भी वो नहीं मिलतीं।

अपनी इसी जिज्ञासा को शांत करने के लिए वे सन्डे की सुबह शरीफों की तरह तैयार हो कर मैनेजर साहब से मिलने पहुंचे।

उनका लीडर बोला, “ सर, देखिये बुरा मत मानियेगा…दरअसल हम लोग चोर हैं! हम लोग कई दिन से आपके मकान में चोरी करने का प्लान बना रहे थे..लेकिन जब एक दिन हमने देखा कि आप ऑफिस से लौट कर आम के पेड़ में कुछ छुपा रहे हैं तो हमे लगा कि बस काम हो गया…हम आराम से आपकी छुपायी चीज लेकर गायब हो जायेंगे और चोरी का माल आपस में बाँट लंगे…पर पिछली दो रात हम सोये नहीं और सारी कोशिशें करके देख लीं कि वो चीजें हमें मिल जाएं; पर अब हम हार मान चुके हैं…कृपया आप ही हमें इस पेड़ का रहस्य बता दें!”

उनकी बात सुनकर मैनेजर साहब जोर से हँसे और बोले, “अरे भाई! मैं वहां कुछ नहीं छिपाता!”

“फिर आप रोज शाम को बैग से निकाल कर वहां क्या डालते हैं?”, लीडर ने आश्चर्य से पूछा।

“देखो!”, मैनेजर साहब गंभीर होते हुए बोले, “ मैं एक प्राइवेट जॉब में हूँ…वो भी सेल्स की…मेरे काम में इतना प्रेशर होता है, इतनी स्ट्रेस होती है कि तुम लोग उसका अंदाजा भी नहीं लगा सकते! रोज किसी नाराज़ कस्टमर के ताने सहने पड़ते हैं…रोज सेल्स टारगेट को लेकर बॉस क्लास लगाता है…रोज ऑफिस पॉलिटिक्स के कारण दिमाग खराब होता है…मैं नहीं चाहता कि इन सब निगेटिव बातों का असर मेरे प्यारे बच्चों और परिवार पर पड़े! इसलिए जब मैं शाम को इन तमाम चीजों को लेकर लौटता हूँ तो घर में घुसने से पहले मैं इन्हें एक-एक करके इस आम के पेड़ पर टांग देता हूँ…और कमाल की बात ये है कि जब मैं अगली सुबह इन चीजों को पेड़ से उठाने आता हूँ तो आधी तो पहले ही गायब हो चुकी होती हैं, यानी मैं उन्हें भूल चुका होता हूँ…और जो बचती हैं मैं उन्हें अपने साथ लेता जाता हूँ…”

चोर अब पेड़ का रहस्य समझ चुके थे; वे चोरी में तो कामयाब नहीं हुए लेकिन आज एक बड़ी सीख लेकर घर लौट रहे थे!

दोस्तों, ना जाने क्यों इंसान अपनी life को खुद ही tough बनाता चला जा रहा है। पहले के लोग जहाँ सुख-सुविधाओं के कम होने पर भी खुश रहते थे…tension free रहते थे, आज सब कुछ होने पर भी हम एक stressful life जी रहे हैं। इस condition को रातों-रात बदला तो नहीं जा सकता पर एक काम जो हम तुरंत कर सकते हैं वो है अपनी स्ट्रेस का असर अपने परिवार पे ना पड़ने देना।

आपने कई बार सुना भी होगा…office को office में रहने दो घर मत लाओ! शायद पेड़ का ये रहस्य आपको इस बात को अमल करने में मदद करे! तो चलिए, अपने आप से एक वादा करिए कि आज से आप भी बाहर की tension को घर में enter नहीं करने देंगे और ना ही उसका असर अपने behaviour पर आने देंगे…आज से आप भी अपनी negativity को घर के बाहर कहीं टांग आयेंगे!

A sales manager who works in the multi-national company in the outskirts of the city lived with his wife and two children. He would go to work every morning and return home late in the evening.

Once a few thieves have a mind to steal in the manager’s house. Two-four days before the theft, they started circling around their house and started tracking their activities.

One day thieves saw a strange thing. When the manager came back in the evening, he got up and went to the mango tree in the garden before entering the house. After that, he took some out of his bag one by one and put it in the tree. Since their backs were on the thieves, they could not see exactly what the manager had removed and where to put it.

Well! Seeing so much was enough for the thieves. Their eyes shone; They thought that the manager must have hidden some valuable things or money there.

As soon as the manager entered the thief, the thief was waiting to be a bit darker and when he was satisfied that manager Sahab had slept and drank, he slowly jumped the boundary and entered his house.

Without losing time, they went to the mango tree and began to find the hidden thing of the manager sahib. The thieves were surprised, they were not able to find anything even after searching. They were not able to understand that after all, the master has hidden things from the cleverness that they are not able to find so many vicious thieves.

In the end, the thieves went away from the necklace. The next day they were again waiting to wait for the manager to return from the office.

As usual, the manager returned home late. Even today, he went to the same mango tree before entering the house and removed some things from his bag and put it in it.

Once again the thieves went to the tree when everyone went to sleep and started doing research on their own. But even today their hands did not feel anything.

Now the thieves began to inquire about more than precious things to know about how the manager hides things in such a way that he does not get even after searching for lakhs.

In order to calm his curiosity, he got ready as the Sharif on Sunday morning to meet the manager sir.

His leader said, “Sir, do not feel bad … Actually we are thieves! We were planning to steal your house for several days..but when one day we saw that you are returning from the office and hiding something in the mango tree, then we felt that it was just done … we were comfortable with you The hidden things will disappear and the stock of the theft will be shared between them … But for the last two nights we did not sleep and did all the efforts and found that those things should be found by us; But now we have given up … please tell us the secret of this tree itself! ”

Upon hearing him, the manager laughed loudly and said, “Hey brother! I do not hide there! ”

“Then what do you throw away from the bag every evening?”, Leader asked surprise.
