आध्यात्मिक हिंदी कहानी

प्रातः काल का समय था। गुरुकुल में हर दिन की भांति गुरूजी अपने शिष्यों को शिक्षा दे रहे थे। आज का विषय था- “आत्मा”

आत्मा के बारे में बताते हुए गुरु जी ने गीता का यह श्लोक बोला –

अर्थात: आत्मा को न शस्त्र छेद सकते हैं, न अग्नि जला सकती है, न जल उसे गला सकता है और न हवा उसे सुखा सकती है। इस आत्मा का कभी भी विनाश नहीं हो सकता है, यह अविनाशी है।

यह सुनकर एक शिष्य को जिज्ञासा हुई, वह बोला, “किन्तु गुरुवर यह कैसे संभव है? यदि आत्मा का अस्तित्व है, वो अविनाशी है, तो भला वो इस नाशवान शरीर में कैसे वास करती है और वो हमें दिखाई क्यों नहीं देती? क्या सचमुच आत्मा होती है?”

गुरु जी मुस्कुराए और बोले, पुत्र आज तुम रसोईघर से एक कटोरा दूध ले लेना और उसे सुरक्षित अपने कमरे में रख देना। और कल इसी समय वह कटोरा लेकर यहाँ उपस्थित हो जाना।

अगले दिन शिष्य कटोरा लेकर उपस्थित हो गया।

गुरु जी ने पूछा, “ क्या दूध आज भी पीने योग्य है?”

शिष्य बोला, “नहीं गुरूजी, यह तो कल रात ही फट गया था….लेकिन इसका मेरे प्रश्न से क्या लेना-देना?”

गुरु जी शिष्य की बात काटते हुए बोले, “ आज भी तुम रसोई में जाना और एक कटोरा दही ले लेना, और कल इसी समय कटोरा लेकर यहाँ  उपस्थित हो जाना।

अगले दिन शिष्य सही समय पर उपस्थित हो गया।

गुरु जी ने पूछा, “ क्या दही आज भी उपभोग हेतु ठीक है ?”

शिष्य बोला, “जी हाँ गुरूजी ये अभी भी ठीक है।”

“अच्छा ठीक है कल तुम फिर इसे लेकर यहाँ आना।”, गुरूजी ने आदेश दिया।

अगले दिन जब गुरु जी ने शिष्य से दही के बारे में पूछा तो उसने बताया कि दही में खटास आ चुकी थी और वह कुछ खराब लग रही है।

इसपर गुरूजी ने कटोरा एक तरफ रखते हुए कहा, “ कोई बात नहीं, आज तुम रसोई से एक कटोरा घी लेकर जाना और उसे तब लेकर आना जब वो खराब हो जाए!”

दिन बीतते गए पर घी खराब नहीं हुआ और शिष्य रोज खाली हाथ ही गुरु के समक्ष उपस्थित होता रहा।

फिर एक दिन शिष्य से रहा नहीं गया और उसने पूछ ही लिए, “गुरुवर मैंने बहुत दिनों पहले आपसे पश्न किया था कि -“ यदि आत्मा का अस्तित्व है, वो अविनाशी है, तो भला वो वो इस नाशवान शरीर में कैसे वास करती है और व हमें दिखाई क्यों नहीं देती? क्या सचमुच आत्मा होती है?”, पर उसका उत्तर देने की बजाये आपने मुझे दूध, दही, घी में उलझा दिया। क्या आपके पास इसका कोई उत्तर नहीं है?”

इस बार गुरूजी गंभीर होते हुए बोले, “ वत्स मैं ये सब तुम्हारे प्रश्न का उत्तर देने के लिए ही तो कर रहा था- देखो दूध, दही और घी सब दूध का ही हिस्सा हैं…लेकिन दूध एक दिन में खराब हो जाता है..दही दो-तीन दिनों में लेकिन शुद्ध घी कभी खराब नहीं होता। ”

इसी प्रकार आत्मा इस नाशवान शरीर में होते हुए भी ऐसी है कि उसे कभी नष्ट नहीं किया जा सकता।

“ठीक है गुरु जी, मान लिया कि आत्मा अविनाशी है लेकिन हमें घी तो दिखयी देता है पर आत्मा नहीं दिखती?”

“शिष्य!”, गुरु जी बोले, “ घी अपने आप ही तो नहीं दिखता न? पहले दूध में जामन डाल कर दही में बदलना पड़ता है, फिर दही को मथ कर उसे मक्खन में बदला जाता है, फिर कहीं जाकर जब मक्खन को सही तापमान पर घंटों पिघलाया जाता है तब जाकर घी बनता है!

हर इंसान आत्मा का दर्शन यानी आत्म-दर्शन कर सकता है, लेकिन उसके लिए पहले इस दूध रुपी शरीर को भजन रूपी जामन से पवित्र बनाना पड़ता है उसके बाद कर्म की मथनी से इस शरीर को दीन-दुखियों की सेवा में मथना होता है और फिर सालों तक साधना व तपस्या की आंच पर इसे तपाना होता है…तब जाकर आत्म-दर्शन संभव हो पाता है!

शिष्य गुरु जी की बात अच्छी तरह से समझ चुका था, आज उसकी जिज्ञासा शांत हो गयी थी, उसने गुरु के चरण-स्पर्श किये और आत्म-दर्शन के मार्ग पर आगे बढ़ गया!

Speaking about the soul, Guru ji spoke this verse of the Gita –

That is, the soul can not pierce the weapon, nor burn the fire, nor the water can swallow it or the wind can dry it. This soul can never be destroyed, it is indestructible.

A disciple was curious to hear this, he said, “But how is it possible? If the soul has the existence, it is indestructible, so how does he reside in this destructive body and why does he not see us? Is there really a soul? ”

Guruji smiled and said, Son, today you take a bowl of milk from the kitchen and keep it safe in your room. And at the same time this time with the bowl taking place here.

The next day the pupil came out with a bowl.

Guruji asked, “Is milk still potable today?”

The disciple said, “No Guruji, it was torn apart last night … .but what does this take from my question?”

Guruji said biting the disciple, “Even today, you should go to the kitchen and take a bowl of curd, and at this time, take a bowl and attend it here.

The next day the pupil was present at the right time.

Guruji asked, “Is curd still okay for consumption?”

The disciple said, “Yes Guruji, it is still fine.”

“Good tomorrow, tomorrow you come here with it.”, Guruji ordered.

The next day when Guru Ji asked the disciple about the curd, he told that the curd had been sour in the curd and he was looking bad.

On this, Guruji kept aside the bowl and said, “Never mind, today you take a bowl of ghee from the kitchen and bring it back when it gets spoiled!”

Days passed, but Ghee did not get spoiled and the disciple was present in front of Guru, empty handed.

Then one day the disciple did not go and he asked, “Guruvar, I used to pray to you a long time ago -” If the soul exists, it is indestructible, so how does he reside in this destructive body and And why do not we see it? Do you really have a soul? “But instead of answering it, you entangled me in milk, curd and ghee. Do not you have any answer? ”

This time Guruji said, “Vats, I was doing all this for answering your question – see milk, curd and ghee are all part of milk … but milk gets spoiled in one day .. Curd in a couple of days but the pure ghee is never bad. ”

Similarly, the soul is also in this destructive body, such that it can never be destroyed.

“Well, guru, suppose that soul is indestructible but gives us ghee but does not see the soul?”

“The disciple!”, The master said, “Ghee does not see itself, do not you? First, put soybean seeds in the milk and have to be converted into curd, then curd is folded into a butter, then after going to the ground, when the butter is melted at the right temperature, then it becomes ghee!

Every human being can see the philosophy of the soul, but for that first, the body of this milk needs to be purified with the form of bhajan. After that, this body is churned in the service of the afflicted by the word of karma and then For centuries, it has to be done on the flame of sadhana and penance … then self-seeing becomes possible!

The disciple was well understood by the guru, today his curiosity had become calm, he touched the master and went on the path of self-seeing!
