ऐसे मुक़दमे

और मैं ऐसे मुक़दमे हर घर मे देखना भी चाहता हूँ..!!
न्यायालय में एक मुक़दमा आया जिसने सभी को झकझोर दिया |
अदालतों में प्रॉपर्टी विवाद व अन्य पारिवारिक विवाद के केस आते ही रहते हैं मगर ये मामला बहुत ही अलग किस्म का था |
एक 70 साल के बूढ़े व्यक्ति ने अपने 80 साल के बूढ़े भाई पर मुक़दमा किया था |
मुक़दमे का सार कुछ यूँ था कि “मेरा 80 साल का बड़ा भाई अब बूढ़ा हो चला है
इसलिए वह खुद अपना ख़याल भी ठीक से नहीं रख सकता मगर मेरे मना करने पर भी वह हमारी 110 साल की माँ की देखभाल कर रहा है |
मैं अभी ठीक हूँ इसलिए अब मुझे माँ की सेवा करने का मौका दिया जाय और मैां को मुझे सौंप दिया जाये”
न्यायाधीश महोदय का दिमाग़ घूम गया और मुक़दमा भी चर्चा में आ गया |
न्यायाधीश महोदय ने दोनों भाइयों को समझाने की कोशिश की कि आप लोग 15-15 दिन रख लो |
मगर कोई टस से मस नहीं हुआ..!!!
बड़े भाई का कहना था कि मैं अपने स्वर्ग को खुद से दूर क्यों होने दूँ |
अगर माँ कह दे कि उसको मेरे पास कोई परेशानी है या मैं उसकी देखभाल ठीक से नहीं करता तो अवश्य छोटे भाई को दे दो..!!
छोटा भाई कहता है कि पिछले 40 साल से अकेले ये सेवा किये जा रहा है, आख़िर मैं अपना कर्तव्य कब पूरा करूँगा..??
परेशान न्यायाधीश महोदय ने सभी प्रयास कर लिये मगर कोई हल नहीं निकला |
आखिर उन्होंने माँ की राय जानने के लिए उसको बुलवाया और पूंछा कि वह किसके साथ रहना चाहती है..??
माँ कुल 30 किलो की बेहद कमज़ोर सी औरत थी और बड़ी मुश्किल से व्हील चेयर पर आई थी |
उसने दुखी दिल से कहा कि मेरे लिए दोनों संतान बराबर हैं|
मैं किसी एक के पक्ष में फ़ैसला सुना कर दूसरे का दिल नहीं दुखा सकती |
आप न्यायाधीश हैं , निर्णय करना आपका काम है |
जो आपका निर्णय होगा मैं उसको ही मान लूंगी..!!
आख़िर न्यायाधीश महोदय ने भारी मन से निर्णय दिया कि न्यायालय छोटे भाई की भावनाओं से सहमत है कि बड़ा भाई वाकई बूढ़ा और कमजोर है |
ऐसे में माँ की सेवा की ज़िम्मेदारी छोटे भाई को दी जाती है..!!
फ़ैसला सुन कर बड़ा भाई जोर जोर से रोने लगा कि इस बुढ़ापे ने मेरे स्वर्ग को मुझसे छीन लिया |
अदालत में मौजूद न्यायाधीश समेत सभी रोने लगे..!!
कहने का तात्पर्य यह है कि अगर भाई बहनों में वाद विवाद हो तो इस स्तर का हो |
ये क्या बात है कि ‘माँ तेरी है’ की लड़ाई हो और पता चले कि माता पिता ओल्ड एज होम में रह रहे हैं |
यह पाप है…!!!
हमें इस मुक़दमे से ये सबक लेना ही चाहिए कि माता -पिता का दिल दुखाना नहीं चाहिए..!!!

Finally, the judge decided with a heavy heart that the court agrees with the younger brother’s feelings that the elder brother is really old and weak.
In such a situation the responsibility of serving the mother is given to the younger brother .. !!
Hearing the decision, the elder brother started crying loudly that this old age took away my heaven from me.
Everyone, including the judge present in the court, started crying .. !!
It means to say that if there is a dispute between the siblings, then this level is there.
What is it that ‘Maa Teri Hai’ should be fought and know that the parents are living in the old age home.
This is a sin … !!!
We must take this lesson from this case that parents should not hurt their hearts .. !!!
