जब विद्यार्थी की निर्भीकता के कायल हुए दादाजी

बहुत समय पहले बिले नामक एक विद्यार्थी था। उसकी खासियत थी कि वह खेलने के समय दिल लगाकर खेलता और पढ़ने के समय एकाग्रचित्त होकर पढ़ता। बिले साहसी था, अपने इसी गुण के कारण वह वृक्षों पर चढ़ जाता। यह सब कुछ देखकर उसके दादाजी को भय लगता।

कहीं बिले उन वृक्षों से गिर न जाए। बिले का दादाजी मना करते लेकिन वह सुनकर, मन ही मन हंसता रहता। एक बार बिले के साथियों ने बताया कि उस वृक्ष पर नहीं चढ़ना। तुम्हारे दादाजी कह रहे थे वहां एक दानव रहता है।

बिले ने बात नहीं मानी और वह पेड़ पर चढ़ गया और उसने अपने दोस्तों से कहा, ‘कहां है दानव मैं उससे एक बार मिलना चाहूंगा।’ बिले की निर्भीकता देखकर उनके दादाजी काफी प्रभावित हुए और यही बालक बिले आगे चलकर स्वामी विवेकानंद के नाम से विश्व में विख्यात हुआ।
