241. Lie down on your back. Raise both legs up to ninety degrees. Lock your hands together a little above the backs of your knees. Inhale, raise your upper body and touch your nose to your knees while holding your breath to your capacity. Exhale and lie back down keeping your legs up at ninety degrees. Continue raising and lowering your upper body in this way for 3 Minutes.

2. Lie on your back. Put your hands under your shoulders with the palms on the ground. Bend your knees and, keeping the soles of your feet on the floor, bring your heels near your buttocks. Carefully raise your pelvis until you are in HalfWheel Pose. Do Breath of Fire. 3 Minutes. This exercise puts pressure on the lymph glands. It is the only way you can work them out.

3. Come into Shoulder Stand. Inhale and lower your left foot to the floor behind your head. Keep your knees straight. Exhale and lower your right foot to the floor as you raise your left leg back up. Continue for 2 Minutes with long, deep breathing. Then begin Breath of Fire and move as fast as you can for the last 1 Minute.

4. Return to a sitting posture. Close your eyes and meditate for 15 Minutes with long, deep breathing. Give strength to your pituitary and it will give you a wonderful day.

Examine how differently you feel after doing these exercises for just 3 minutes each. If you do exercise 1 for thirty-one times minimum, holding your breath to your capacity, it will make you a new person.
